Each location needs a Master who is responsible for managing local queues. This is the fundamental basis of the Bloom system, vital in queuing control and management and to give you access to real-time information, statistics and historical data. The Master also detects, installs and manages additional system components, and can be connected to a screen for displaying content. (includes QM-PAD for calling and password management).
